Our Goal
We created CoVida in response to the national lockdown the COVID-19 outbreak has caused. One group that is particularly affected is the elderly in nursing homes, who cannot meet their family and friends. Our solution is to connect the elderly who are directly impacted with teenage volunteers to have engaging and entertaining conversations using video chat platforms. Join us today to volunteer virtually!!!

Partnering with Retirement Centers |
Youth Initiative |
Our program is based in Los Angeles, and we have partnered with many retirement centers around our community. As we grow our initiative, we hope to collaborate with more programs around the state or even country. Sign up today for our cause!
Volunteer ServiceOur main goal is to spread kindness and love to the elderly during these difficult times, but all volunteers will receive volunteer service hours as an added bonus.

CoVida was founded by a group of students from Arcadia High School, Temple City High School, Huntington Middle School, and more schools in the suburban Los Angeles area. We hope to empower youth to give back to the community, even during a lockdown.
Spreading KindnessMost resources in the world are limited, but one that truly is unlimited is kindness. There are millions of ways to brighten someone's day just by being kind, and anyone of any age and background can achieve this goal.
